Terms of Service

By creating an account or using RealVexa, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and your brokerage/workspace.

1. The service

RealVexa is a SaaS CRM for real-estate teams: leads, listings, deals, projects, communications, marketing tools, reporting, and optional AI assists. Features may change as we improve the product.

2. Accounts & tenants

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• Workspace admins are responsible for user access, permissions, and content entered into the tenant.
• You must keep credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service (including unauthorized access, spam, unlawful content, reverse engineering beyond applicable law, or interfering with other tenants). You are responsible for compliance with real-estate, privacy, and telemarketing laws in your markets.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed per the pricing shown in-app (including per-user fees where applicable). Payments are processed by Razorpay. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.

5. AI features

AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You must review AI suggestions before sending them to clients or publishing marketing materials. Do not submit secrets you are not permitted to share with processors.

6. Intellectual property

We retain rights to the RealVexa software and brand. You retain rights to your CRM content. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content to operate the service.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to fees paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or present security risk.
